Manchester University’s Students Against Human Trafficking Society are looking for active students

Manchester University’s Students Against Human Trafficking Society are looking for active students who might want to be on the committee.

THE STUDENTS AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING SOCIETY ARE RECRUITING COMMITTEE MEMBERS!!!
There are an estimated 20.9 million people trapped in slavery today. That’s just under 1/3 of the population of the UK! Put yourself forward for the Anti-Human Trafficking Society committee to be at the forefront of society that is combating this issue.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the global NGO’s Stop the Traffic and the charity Hope for Justice to fight against human trafficking whilst gaining skills that any employer will be impressed with such as leadership, team work, time management and much more.

Role outlines:
President – involves leading the society, setting goals and objectives and managing the society.

Vice President – providea support, advice and guidance to the other committee members as well as helping the President make key decisions.

Campaign Coordinators– coordinators are in charge of planning and delivering an effective campaigns and will provide support to other coordinators with their projects.
We are also welcoming applications from those who are not currently members of the society as a fresh outlook can be a positive attribute.
